where do you change them? who you have to talk to? I was always in need to monk skills b4, if i can equip some healing then OH YEAH!

Let me ask a hypothetical for a minute, based on what you said about your necro character. Let's say you've done all the seconday class quests, and you're currently a N/Mo or something. If you want to change to a N/E (and've already done the E quest), can you just *poof* instantly change, or do you need to do the E quest again to change?

yes

you just talk to quest npc and they will change your subclass profession to whatever you already completed quests for
